Delete Your Account
Deleting your RydStation account removes your profile, your documents, your ride and bid history, and your saved details from the app. Ride and payment records already tied to a completed booking are kept only for as long as tax, accounting and dispute-resolution rules require — after that they go too. This cannot be undone.
Submit the form below with the mobile number on your account and our support team will verify the request and confirm by email once it's processed, usually within a few working days. If you've lost access to your number or the app entirely, this form is how you reach us anyway — you don't need to sign in to use it.
